Q:  How do I ensure my spot is reserved?

If your name has a Checkmark in the driver's list you are 100% confirmed, if not you need to pre-pay in advance.

Q:  Can I pay at the show?

Due to limited numbers for each class and the large costs for running this event we require pre-payment in advance.  Thanks to all who have already pre-paid.

Q:  How do I make my pre-payment?  Do I get a receipt?

You have two ways of pre-paying, the first is in person or call at Ponds and Gardenscapes directly at 905-824-5104 or Toll Free at 1-877-663-2582 and Staff will be happy to take your pre-payment by VISA or MASTERCARD.  Sid's Raceway runs at a 7 day a week Garden Centre and your credit card info is taken as a regular telephone order.  Your credit card info is not saved.  Receipts will be available at the Show if requested.

Q:  What happens when the classes are full?

Once the registration is full for a particular class any further entries will be placed on a waiting list.  We cannot guarantee more spots will open but if so it will be done by pre-registration order priority.

Q: What do I need to bring for the pits?

Pit space is available but limited, be sure to share as much space with your fellow racer!  Please bring a personal table, chair, short extension cord, power bar.  Be sure to label your items so you don't lose items.  Many Racers will be bringing tables and if you do not have a table don't worry there should be room to share tables.  We hope everyone will try to keep a tight pit space to fit as many people as possible.  Ask nicely and I'm sure your fellow racer will be more than happy to share his pit table.

The Pit area will be off limits to spectators, there will be a security divider, but please try to keep your items well organized and tidy.  Get to know your pit neighbours.  Although we will be making every effort to provide a secure and restricted pit area, Sid’s Raceway, Sid’s Ponds and Gardenscapes, and the Hobby Show are not responsible for lost or stolen items (as at all races).
